Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so we kindly ask you to double-check all details before completing checkout.

Vindof does not process or ship orders on Sundays or on major Indian holidays. All orders ship from Andhra Pradesh, India.

You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order is placed. If you do not see this email in your inbox within a few minutes, kindly check your spam or promotions folder.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled at Vindof's discretion.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: orders may experience slight delays during sale periods, national holidays, or new product releases.

If an order is cancelled by the customer after it has been dispatched, or if the customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of delivery, it will be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases, a convenience fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped once they arrive at our facility. Full payment is collected at checkout. Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Vindof observes the following national holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Vindof is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the shipping provider.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

During promotional sales or markdown periods, all sales are final. Vindof reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue discounts at any time without prior notice. We cannot offer price adjustments on previous purchases if an item’s price is reduced after your order.
